The Bored Week.

This week is totally bored!!
There is nothing fun to do and my father have to outstation,
so, I can't go back home... I miss my friend Kuro so much.
He is going to have STPM soon, wish him can score better on it.

Well, unfortunately, my mouse spoiled...
How dare you spoiled at this time!! I have to buy a new mouse again.
Mouse is a very important tool for me,
without it I can't do many thing...Luckily my roommate Dominic have a spare mouse.
Thank him so much.

But I can't keep using people's thing, so I decide to buy a new mouse.
So, I went to the computer shop which locate in MMU center food court.
The shop is look very deep silent, well do anybody been here before?
And I went in with my friend and start searching for mouse.

Inside the shop, well, you can say that it has a lot different accessories.
But the most important thing is today I came for a mouse.
And the selection for mouse was just a few!?
Oh gosh... that day I saw he open the store at the center plaza was giving a lot of better choice.
But why now only those expansive and some low quality mouse?
And there is NO the blue color mouse I want.

Aww... this shop is a bit make me disappointed.
I didn't judge his cover but his content was also just so so.
The shop hang those bags and put the box blocked the view inside the shop.
That's why it doesn't look attract attention.
and the arrangement in the shop aren't right, he left too much space right infront of the door.
The only way to look inside the shop.
And it totally look and feel a bit empty from outside.
This shop should has some improvement.

In the final, I didn't buy any mouse and went back home.

This is the Eighth post since I join Environment Design class.

The Forth Week

Now already came to the Forth week in this trimester.
I still have a lot assignment haven't start yet.
How lazy am I, hahahaha...

Today's Environment Design class, after Mr. Zul gave us the lecture,
He confirm with us the brand and product we chose for the project.
After that, he give a brief on the designing process of the bus stop project.
Then, he taught us how to cut the material in proper way.

Mr. Zul's cutting skill was very skillful, the first time i saw a person can cut a material so fast
without any hesitation. But the funniest part is, when he keeping those cutter pieces
into a container. I and my friend think that may be he keep for some purpose,
like shuriken for killing people. Mr. Zul must be very skillful on throwing knife too.
Hahaha...

Well, after the class, I went for the Hailam Kopitiam restaurant with friends to have our lunch.
The Hailam Kopitiam just like always, very full in the afternoon.
After the lunch, I didn't went for the next class but follow my friend to
Bank Simpanan Negara, because they wanted to buy something for MUET exam.

In the way to BSN, I saw the canteen that sells food at roadside.
This remind me the day I go there with my friend.
The place was totally awful because it was dirty and dark.
But there is still many people going there for lunch, because there's food is delicious.
Sometimes, a bad environment could not effects a good quality product.

After that, we went back home and I take a nap.

Grand Mother's Birthday.

This week's Saturday is a celebration of my Grand Mother's 71th Birthday.
The previous day, before the day of celebration,
My father took me home from Cyberjaya.
My home was full of customer and my relatives.

Actually it is normal that my home was always full of friends and relatives,
But this time is way lively and noisy than usual.
Because the relatives from other state also coming to celebrate too.
I'm the camera man that day. Because only me have a DSLR ya?
Hahaha...

The place we going to celebrate the birthday is at Hee Lai Ton Restaurant which is located at Serdang.
On that day, there is many couples of new married people are celebrating at there.
The place is beautiful and the workers there are very nice too.
They will automatic serve you your food and drinks.
Here is some picture I took from that day.

This environment of the restaurant was very nice to have dinner, the light is dim but romantic.
All the picture I took the light source is originally from the environment.
Isn't it look nice? I would like to have this kind of environment in my study room.
It would give me mood on imagination and idea.
Well, I admit this mood is a bit moody light, haha.

Well when a same situation change to different purpose, it works well.
Just like the Secret Recipe shop last time, the shop is dark and dim light
but not nice when having cake there.
But when the environment change to another purpose, for dinner, it works very well.
The celebration dinner is such a succeed celebration.
Everybody was happy on that night.
But also a very painful night, because thwy drank a lot of beer.
Take care of body and do not drink too much beer, it will harm your health.
Luckily I am not drinking beer, may be influenced by my mother? Alright.

This is the Sixth post since I join the Environment Design Class.

The Third Week

This is the Third week.
The time passed so fast, already week 3 this week.
There is still many assignment I haven't touched yet that lecturer's have gave.
But I am tired back from Kuala Selangor trip.
The trip is quite fun and good for me, I did learn many thing from the trip.
The important part is I am facing my own problem that I haven't let it down.

In the trip we have went into forest, river cruise and watch the firefly.
The Firefly is the most memorable moment I have, the first time I saw the most wonderful yet flaw's creature.
Firefly are beautiful, but their live is short and they are fragile.
In this trip I had learn that we have to protect those animal who need to be protected.
They have their wonderful side if we go for further exploring on them.
But I admit it is a very tired trip after all.
After the trip, almost all Media Innovation student are collapse. Can't help it,
they are a fragile animal too right?

This week, Mr. Zul also giving us some lecture too.
And we start discussing about the brand we have to choose to advertise and design on the bus stop since last week. It must be a Malaysia Brand Product.
I think over and over, but still can't think a Malaysia brand product. Luckily there is my friends,
Tracy and Denyi help me to confirm the product.
Finally, I chose the Goodday as my brand. I am going to advertise their milk product.

After all the class, I went back room and hearing music again.

The Deepavali Holiday

Today is Deepavali Holiday, everyone since very free today.
But I am feel not right by myself, I feel wanted to go outside and shopping!
I need a new headset because the old one is spoiled, but it had been with me a quite long time.
Rest In Pieces, my old headset.

And so, I went to shopping by myself.
The destination today is The Mines Shopping Mall !!
Hahaha, this is the most biggest shopping that near my hometown. It takes about 15 minute for me to reach there by bus. Hmm... the bus fee is still the same after a long time I didn't take a bus.
Before getting bus, I had went to a bus stop near my home.
The Bus stop was getting renewed, now it looks beautiful, neat and clean than before.
But there is no any advertisement on the bus stop. I wonder if I had design the bus stop,
will mr. Zul help me to renew the bus stop outside my home?
Hahaha...

After a few minutes, a bus came. I ride on the bus and go to The Mines Shopping Mall.
The Mines Shopping Mall is huge and many shops.
I had walked around the shops and buy the headset.
From what the Information Kiosk stated, the 3rd floor which is the highest floor is the computer accessories shop and electronic accessories floor. So, I went up and buy my new headset.

After I bought what I want and wander around, I found myself infront of the Secret Recipe cake shop.
The Secret Recipe cake shop here was totally different than the one at Jusco Cheras Selatan.
Here has a lot of customer come and having the cake here, but the shop in Jusco Cheras Selatan can be count with finger. Look closely, we can see many differences between two shop.
The Design is almost same, but because the shop in The Mines Shopping Mall are at outer part.
So, the shop is brighter and look nicer. In the other hand, Jusco Cheras Selatan's shop is darker and feel uncomfortable. Well, the different environment was giving different feeling too.
Besides, The Mines Shopping Mall's Secret Recipe shop workers are friendly than Jusco one.

After buying a secret recipe cake, I went to bus stop and take a taxi. I take the taxi because the day is going dark and raining, and that cost me about RM 15. I can't believe this !!
Well, I have no choice, after go back, i try my new headset and start hearing music.

This is the Forth post since I join the Environment Design class.

The Second Week

This is the second week of my degree BETA year second semester.
Well this week, will be a tired week. This is because this week's friday we have to go for a fieldtrip.
Luckily, the Wednesday is the holiday, my father is going to take me home too.

This week lecture is all about the introduction of Environment Design.
Mr. Zul had talk a lot in the class, I had learn quite a lot about environment design too.
Somehow it make me feel sleepy, I think it is because the lecture is too long.
I hate long lectures, and now i think why don't we have lecture is short enough and fulfill the objective?
Even the Media Aethestic class too, make me feel sleepy after a hours a lecture.
May be there is more explanation in the lectures, can't help it.

After the lecture, Mr. Zul finally gave us the first assignment.
It is about the Bus stop design, he shown us a lot examples from seniors, most of them are look nice.
And now it is our turn to make it. My friend is started to getting excited about this assignment.

After today all classes, I went back to my hometown.

Shopping Time!

Like what Mr. Zul are asked, I am going to shopping and get the picture of the Information Kiosk and Center's picture. After I went back on friday night, I dated my best friend, Kuro (nick name) to went shopping with me.
We went on the afternoon by bus.

                   First of all, we went to the Cheras Leisure Mall. The purpose I date Kuro to go there is to buy some Japanese comics books. We went  a lot of shop and walk around, then lastly only we went to the comic shop. Well, there is 2 comic shop in Cheras Leisure Mall, but I wonder why only one shop are full of customer while another shop is less customer. I think it may be is the design of the shop, the shop full of customer decorated with full of the wall paper and even showing the comic and cartoon toy model. In the other side, they didn't have much decoration but you can see through the shop has many books.

                  The shop that well decorated may be look good, but the books they selling always lacking, It made me failed to buy a complete series of comics! I had a long time didn't watch comic already, why can he disappointed me... but, in the another shop, they have tons of comic books, all the books i wan was found inside the shop, I am appreciated it. But don't know why they are lacking customer, the price they sold are the same. Well, I believe what our lecturer says, design change the decision of a person.

                  After I get what I wanted, before waiting the bus, I went for McDonald and buy some french fries. After that, we get a bus and went back to our home. Opps!! after I ride on the bus, I found out that I had forgotten to take the picture of the Information Center and Kiosk... But we had no choice, the bus has move to a far distance.

                 The Next day which is Sunday, during the night my father bring me back to Cyberjaya, we went to the Jusco Cheras Selatan which near my home. I took a few picture of the Information Center and Kiosk with my father's phone, because his phone has higher pixel rate. While taking the photo, the worker of the information center found out I am taking the picture. So, they also take out their phone and take the picture on me and laugh. It is so embarrassing, but luckily they just take for fun. After taking those photo, I also went back the house in Cyberjaya - My another home.

                 Unfortunately, there is some problem occurs after i transfer those picture into my laptop, and my father has went back, no point for me to call him take another hours to come here just lend me his phone. So, I asked my brother try to transfer it for me later. So, the picture can't show it in this post.

This is the Second post since I join the Environmrnt Design class.

Introduction

Hello, my name is Yee Kuang Hooi.
I have a nick name which is called Kenny.
Well my artist name is Hiccarus Lesselion, sound dramatic and fantasy right?
Haha, well this is the first time I join the Environment Design class in MMU which is on my BETA year second trimester. I still not familiar with the objective of the class, but I will try my best.
In the first environment design class, the lecturer Mr. Zul has briefly tell us all about the environment design class. I think it is quite challenging and fun, but what type of assignment will be waiting for us?
I do not know it. But Mr. Zul had told us to take some picture of Information Kiosk and Centre in a shopping Center. Well, may be we are doing research or will start an assignment with creating an information kiosk?
That's what I think. After that Mr. Zul had asked the students to create a blog and write some journal every week. Hmm... actually I hate this type of assignment, wasting time on typing and thinking. But I have no choice,
just do it. I am already not the first time blogging for assignment right? Hahaha...
After the environment design class, I went for lunch with my friends. After Lunch we are ready for our next class at 2pm.
