What is the meaning of Less is More?
It often used on design, it means a design keep simple, clean and tidy is enough.
A design do not need to be have so many content,
It will only look messy in the end.
When a design is simple, clean and tidy,
It gave a comfort appearance for the audience.
Being simple not just being simplicity, is a simple design that could bring
many meanings.
A good design always content many meaning but simple in design.
Well, for an example just like my blog design...
The background has many books, it looks messy and
do not have space for the audience.
My brother first impression for my blog is " It is messy".
So, it does make people feel messy when things is more.
And so, what is the meaning of More is Less?
More is Less, meaning there is something are in a large quantity but there is still consider as less.
Just like money, the more money a people have, still a people feel less the money they have.
Haha..this is not the good example anyway.
But for design, More is always more, it will make a design messy, but sometimes more is still
not enough. It depends on the situation.
But it apply on a principle of design. The more content of a design always is less.
The more content a design have the more better the design.
When a Design has more content and meanings but simple, it is considered a rgeat design.
Well, that is all I know about Less is More, More is Less.

The Last Week
This is the last week of this trimester, week 14.
This week is the submission for our last assignment.
After I and my teammate prepared, we went to the classroom and ready for submission.
Oh well, we have lack some some file inside the CD ._.
But the most surprising thing is,
there is no people when we reach to the classroom...
Oh my god... well, i think they may appear themselves later.
So, we quickly do some repair like the title name that has forgotten to type it in the picture,
the name of us, and the CD content.
After done all the repairs, we submit the work to Mr. Zul
Mr. Zul was funny today, doesn't like the previous submission.
Hahahas...
So after submission, we went back to home and ready for another submission.
Good bye Environment Design class, I was really having fun in this class.
This is the first time I make a small model, the first time design an exhibition booth
and the first time to Model and booth.
I had learned a lot in this class.
Thanks, Mr. Zul who always be in class and taught us.
This is the twentieth-one post since I joined Environment Design class.

The Thirteenth Week
This is the week 13 of this trimester.
This week, we are doing the final consultation on our Assignment 2 phrase 2.
After Mr. Zul has gave us some brief,
We started our consultation time.
This time, I didn't consult with Mr. Zul but with Mr. Nazri.
So, there is some problem occurs when I transfer my file to my teammate.
Some of the Scale isn't right.
Mr. Nazri has pointed all of it out, his eye is quite keen huh...
After that, Mr. Nazri give us some suggestion on designing the 3D model.
When consultation end, we quickly go back and start our correction and
do some mapping on our 3D model.
This week I am not going back home too.

Le Modulor
Le Modulor is developed by Le Corbusier.
Le Modulor is a system of measurements which became known as "Modulor", It based on the Golden Section and Fibonacci numbers and also using the physical dimensions of the average human.
The Le Modulor was developed as a visual bridge between two incompatible scales, the Imperial system and the Metric system. It is based on the height of an english man with his arm raised. Below showing two different system.

Form follow Function, Function Follow Forms.
What is Form follow Function?
For myself, I think it means that the form of an object is followed the function of its.
Just like Keyboard is design for pressing, so the keyboard have many keys on its.
The car's tyres is designed for rolling, so it is round.
The pencil is for holding and write, so it is cylinder and long shape to easy the user to use.
So, what about Function follow forms?
Function follow forms is like the function is depend on the forms of the objects.
Like the door knob, there is different type of door knob design.
But their main usage is to open a door, even their shape are different.
Example like the door knob is round, we will rotate it to open the door.
but when the shape is changed to handle, we will hold the handle and push down to open the door.
below are the example of the door knobs.
